Description: Soybean Protein Concentrate Equipment (SPC) is soybean protein products containing more than 65% protein by high quality soybean meal out the solubility in water or alcohol soluble nonprotein part. Production of standard can be divided into food grade and feed grade according to customer requirements, these two kinds of standards soy protein concentrate contains the final different nutrient content.

Soy protein concentrate as nutritional additives, has the very high nutritional value, can improve the nutritional value of products, enhance product quality, extend the freshness of pet food and animal feed.

1. Solvent Extraction

After weighting, dedusting, flakes are fully mixed with solvent and extracted in this process. The protein content of white flakes should be 65% at least.

2. Desolventizing

The moisture content of soybean protein concentrate after solvent extraction is about 60%-65%. Desolventizing is an important processing. Firstly we convey soybean protein concentrate to twin-screw extruders for getting the moisture of products down to 50%-55%. Secondly, the horizontal desolventizing equipment keeps on reducing the moisture after the process, the moisture of product is around 7%-9%.

3. Molasses Concentrating and Evaporating

After concentrating and evaporating, we can get by-product which contains molasses more than 55%. The main equipment are heaters and evaporators.

4. Ethanol Recycling

We recycle ethanol by a series of condensers, the waste gas is sent to the absorber for reducing ethanol consumption and pollution. In the end we vent the harmless gas to the air.

5. Crushing

The main equipment in the crushing section are storage tanks, magnetic separator, crusher and rotary screener. After that processing, we get the qualified product. The un-crushed soybean protein concentrate will be gathered and sent to the beginning of the process automatically.

6. Cleaning in Position

We clean equipment by dilute alkali, the cleaning in position system assure the biosafty of our product.

Soy Protein Making Machine: solvent leaching defatted soybean meal as raw material, through different methods and further processing to get final product.

Soybean meal:

  • Raw material of low temperature soy meal residual oil: 1% or less (dry basis);
  • Raw material of low temperature soy meal moisture: 8-11%;
  • Raw soybean meal powder degrees: 5% or less: Uniform flake;
  • Raw material of low temperature soy meal in dry basis protein: 54-55%.

Quality of soy protein:

1 finished soy protein powder moisture: 10% or less;

2 finished soy protein powder residue solvent: 500 mg/kg or less (detonation test);

3 finished carbohydrate dense residual solvent: 100 mg/kg or less (detonation test);

4 carbohydrate dense solid impurity content: 0.5% or less:

5 Soy protein powder dry base protein content: 65% or higher.

Consumption indicators of soy protein making machine:

1. The steam workshop: 3 t/t or less soybean meal (8 to 10 kilograms of saturated steam and superheated steam slightly more);

2. The plant power consumption: 280 KWH/h or less soybean meal;

3. The workshop water consumption: 1.1 t/t or less low temperature soybean meal;

4. The CIP cleaning alkali: 50 kg/month

5. Compressed air: 6 kg or more, the consumption of 3.5 Nm3 / min.

6. Alcohol consumption: 13 kg/t or less large soybean meal;

7. Antifoaming agent consumption: 15 kg/day.
