Metering & Cleaning: The purpose of metering is to control the workshop capacity.
Cleaning is important for the pretreatment process, as larger impurity maybe lead to material blockage to etch the equipment, shorten equipment life and reduce the design efficiency, so it need to remove the large impurity by cleaning sieve, and remove the metal impurity through magnetic selector.
Husking Machine: Husking machine is composed of feeder device, magnetic device, crushing roller, distance adjusting device between rollers, transmission gear and basement.
Kernel Husk Separation: Adopt the special separation equipment to efficiently separate the sunflower kernel and husk.
Flaking: Flaking mill is consists of feeder device, magnetic device, mill roller, Hydraulic distance adjusting device, transmission gear and basement. The roller will roll the soybean into 0.35-0.4mm flakes, which effectively destroy the oilseed tissue in order to obtain a good soybean oil solvent extraction effect. Each flaking machine is equipped with material position controller to prevent idling phenomenon, which is also equipped with the exhaust system.
Toaster: The toaster purpose is to further make the cell rupture through the flakes absorbing water and heating, and prompt the protein cohesion degeneration and colloid damage, so that the scattered subtle oil can gather into larger oil releasing out continuous from the colloid.
Pre-pressing: Pre-pressing adopts screw expeller which has many advantages, such as large continuous process capacity, short dynamic pressing time, high oil yield, low labor intensity.
Filtration: Crude oil through the oil residue contains many impurities. After the separation of oil residue separating scraper, settling tank and filter, the impurity content of crude oil will be less 0.5%. Especially the automatic residue discharge filter has advanced features of high automation, compact structure, continuous and smooth operation, well-adapted, large production capacity, easy maintenance ect.
Cake Cooling: Cake cooling adopts cake cooling scraper that can convey and cool the cake and match the equipments of cyclone, air seal machine. This system adopts wind network system to reduce the dust leakage.
